It looks like Dan Carlock has decided to sue Ocean Adventures for leaving him behind at a dive site. I had a feeling that it would eventually come to this even when Dan said on television right after the incident that he had no desire to seek legal remedies. Not sure why, I just figured something like this doesn’t happen without somebody getting sued. It’s tough because Dan’s a good guy but so are Steve and Andy (I’ve only met Zac once or twice so I don’t really know him that well). It’s just an unfortunate incident and I can certainly sympathize with everyone involved.
